Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons flax oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method:
Purée all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
